itext™ Text Editor

itext™ is a free text editing plug-in that comes with the iwrite.4.life™ system. It is automatically included in the iwrite.4.life setup package. itext provides similar text editing features as our previous product i*write and produces journal items that can be exported in rich text (.rtf) format compatible with Microsoft® Word.

ifood™ Nutrition Monitor - Try it

ifood™ is an optional plug-in for the iwrite.4.life system for recording and monitoring food intake. Whether you want to learn more about your eating habits or aim at controlling some aspect or consequence of your nutrition - ifood makes managing your nutrition a breeze. Maybe you want to reduce your weight or eat healthier or change your body composition to increase the proportion of muscle mass. In any case, ifood helps you with:

  • fast and painless data entry
  • access to the USDA food database to select foods from
  • quick overview of total calories consumed and breakdown of consumptions in calories from carbohydrates, protein, fat, alcohol, and others
  • charts that show breakdowns of daily consumptions and a timeline of your eating history
  • a food editor to build your own food database with easy configuration of courses and meals
  • automatic calculation of Base Metabolic Rate (BMR), Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • recording of your weight, body composition, and exercise calories
  • record daily body composition data from body composition monitors (tool to transfer data from Tanita InnerScan BC-601 monitors available)

iwrite™ Word Processor - Try it

iwrite™ is a full-blown word processor for those who need more formatting and layout capabilities than itext™ provides. It is an optional plug-in for the iwrite.4.life system that sells separately. To get a taste of what is possible with it have a look at a demo document produced by iwrite™ and exported from iwrite.4.life as a document compatible with Microsoft Word (.docx format). You'll need Microsoft Word or a compatible program to view the document.
